Pathetic billing

I am with Netstar from the 19th of July 2024, I only found out about them when I went to fetch my car and was told that my tracker is netstar and have never recieved any communication frrom them or where they are billing or calls , statements and nothing.. Today I recieved a message that I have been handed over and I call to find out from those Attorneys and have been sent from Peter to paul yet this is my name and bad credit ... No one is willing to assist me , service is pathetic and would not advice anyone to use them.. My car tracker is T***4. No communication whatsoever
