Pathetic and useless

So I have received 2 payment requests for cars that I no longer have , one of them I traded in 2009. We have tried to phone the person who sent the emails no response, asked for proof that this is not a **** no response. Tried phoning head office no answer and these guys provide a so called security service... pathetic. One thing is for sure they will never be trusted to look after my vehicles ever again.
