Part 2 . Stay away from Netstar

After a previous Hello Peter review I made last week regarding the poor service I receive from Netstar , a lady named Precious khumalo call to assist me , she then requested email correspondence to see if i had previously communicated my situation with them , I then forwarded the email , she then confirmed receipt of the mail and I never heard from her again , I sent an additional email requested feedback and still have not heard a word ! the query is still unresolved
