Panic Button Not Working.

I have been pressing my panic button on random times just to test the thing and I don't get a call from your service center. I wasn't in any danger however, I'm worried that this will be the case when I actually NEED your assistance. My husband has called in to report this and he was told that you would schedule to come out and see what the issue is.

With everything happening in this country how can I rely on your services (which I pay for by the way)? I might as well get a provider that will take me and my safety seriously!!!!
