Panic button never working

Good day

I am not sure why, but I have 3 vehicles with Netstar, but when I press the panic button while driving, nothing happens, no message, no call, nothing, it's impossible that none of the 3 works, this means, that Nestar is selling products that isn't working properly. Please advise if this is just a marketing scheme or is it supposed to work?
