Panic button

I had a nestar tracking device installed and when I pressed the panic button, it was not working, I reported the issue and the technician phoned me telling me that the issue was sorted. Yesterday I again tested the device and still the same issue anf when I want to cancel, I am told that I need to pay 3000 for cancellation

Its not my fault it is their fault,yet I have to stick to something I dont want anymore
