Paid settlement but they still hounding me for money

I requested a settlement amount from Stanley Goliath from Netstar - He emailed me the amount of R359.36 to settle on the 11/03/2019 I made the payment of the settlement amount R359.36 on the 22/03/2019 and submitted proof on numerous occasions. To date they still sending emails that im outstanding a balance of R105.86 . This is absurd as their staff member Stanley provided a settlement amount which I paid within the same month. I will be going to the ombuds if this matter is not resolved. That balance needs to be removed/written off, and my record cleared from ITC.
