Owes me a refund for almost 4 years
Netstar cancelled my 1 vehicle's Netstar cover by mistake in April 2014. I only got to know about this recently. In the mean time, they have collected double premiums from me for my other vehicle for almost 4 years now! I have raised this with them and was promised feedback by end December. To date, no feedback and this after 2 calls and 4 emails to their credit controller. Unprofessional! Netstar owes me premiums for almost 4 years. Netstar - you have until tomorrow to refund the money owed to me or I will go to the papers and insurance companies with this billing inefficiencies on your side!
