Overcharged price and poor customer service

It has been more than a week now since I was advised I will be charged more than what their website says for the NETSTAR EARLY WARNING package. At first I was going to receive a phone call the same business day, they I forwarded an email and STILL 5 working days later no one bothers to provide any feedback whatsoever
