Overcharged on account + wrong Standardbank u-coun

I bought 2 cyber sleuth tracker units in the beginning of March 2015 under the Standard bank U-count rewards deal (R60 rand off per unit). In addition I cancelled the two units which were in the cars which I sold and agreed to pay the cancellation fee ( this was done telephonically while being quoted on the new units)<br> I have since been overcharged considerably and after, struggling for months to get the U-count rewards the incorrect amount was was given (1200 instead of 6000).<br>
