Overall useless serviec

I have been trying to rectify incorrect details on my account for years. Bought new vehicle and first they stuffed up the installation of the new vehicle. Promise within same day if you call before 10 otherwise next day. Took them 3 days to install...pathetic. Whilst organizing the new installation I asked them to update and correct the old installation. When I wanted to cancel the old installation as I sold the vehicle they refused to cancel as the details have never been corrected. If you want to be frustrated.........use Netstar....... They are absolutely useless!!!!!!
