Over Debit and No One there to give Clarification

I have been debited 3 times my normal debit last month I have been trying to get hold of Netstar to assist me with the amount that went of my account.

I am aware of the amount that would be charged for the panic button that I lost of which I was told it would cost +-R100.00 so I am not sure what the difference I was charged and I would like to get an explanation of that.
