Over-charging on Instalment

Hi there

Can you kindly assist with confirming first why my instalment that is supposed to be R169 seemingly has increased to R239.73 over the past months without my knowledge and I did not receive a letter to confirm increase?

Yet I have a letter dated 30 December 2022 for an increase effective on 01 February 2023 confirming that my current deductions are R174.73 (which is not the case, all along Netstar has been deducting R239.73) and it will now be R188.72 come February. There is R65 difference from what I am supposedly paying.

Please clarify the over-charging of my instalment for so many months and the R304 deduction in December. Ref: RC6 ***4
