OVER CHARGING FOR USELESS TRACKER

I've been with Netstar since 2019 with the safe and sound Panic button deal for 210 monthly that was fine untill Miway advised me that I have to down grade to a lower package for their benefit , they arranged with netstar to have my tracker changed now I am liable for the deactivation of my old tracker and liable for the activation of the new tracker which I dont understand why! this was not explained to me when they came to do this!! I just received an email from a debt collections for this tracker thing and just cancel everything I dont want your services anymore, I logged a query with you guys to tell me what was the large debit for and no one could answer me go thru the telephone recordings if you have to

Well someone contacted me and told me its for installation fee which I was not told of, go thru all Telephone conversations I've had with them no one told me there is a fee no one told me there is an amount for me to pay please terminate my contract as what you are guys are doing is *****
