Over charged

I have been complain for the past 3 months. I found out that since last year they have been over changing me on my policy and each time they say that they will cancel the over charges yet nothing has been done.

I can’t cancel the contract as I have a 24 months contract with them. This is not on at all.

Every time I have to call an complain relating to this matter an no one is rectifying all of this.

I need a refund for over charged debits in the last 6 months.
