OVER CHARGED
On the 02-10-2014 I converted my existing contract with altech netstar to a month to month contract, monthly payments according to the new contract was R154 per month.End of October 2014 they debited R1069.00 from my account, I tried to call them to complain about the matter but the phone js rang unanswered.The following month I withdrew money from my account before they can get their hands on it, the following month R408 was debited from my account not honoring the month to month contract I have with them.Again on 3 April 2015 they debited R350.98 from my account, again I tried to call them and phone just rang.Im tired of Altech Netstar ripping me off and getting away with it!!I demand a statement clearly explaining why I was rediculously charged and I want my hard earned money back!
