Open ********** Account with insurance on mi name

i had this car insurance called DOTSURE INSURANCE from 29 October 2014 to 27 February 2015, then i cancelled this insurance on 27 feb 2015,,,the day i took that insurance they said they need to insert a tracker to the car, then i asked who is going to pay it?they said its included in the premium... then they said i must take the car to. NETSTAR for a tracker installation with a reference number,,,,,i never called them that i need a tracker in the car, today 23/07/2015 i received a call from Altech Netstar that i'm owing them,,,,i asked them who took the tracker because on mi side i never had an account with them,<br> now they are saying they are taking the account to legal i am liable for that amount due?<br> my question is that did i ever signed a contract to install a tracker on the car?<br> <br> please help me
