Ontevrede Netstar klient

Bought a new car in January 2020, the Netstar unit had to be removed from the old car into the new car. I am still waiting. I have phoned/mailed. Get told that i have a contract and must wait it out. For a unit i don't have. Then i was told they have been trying to get hold of me, weekly. Asked for the call log to be mailed to me. Still waiting. Always someone that will get back to me - i'm still waiting.
