Nwabisa or whatever ...

Nwabisa or whatever her name was rude, raised her voice at me out of frustration when I was frustrated and when I asked her to let me talk to her manager, she refused and hanged up on me... I called back and when I finally spoke to the manager, Chantel Ngomani, Nwabisa was shouting in the back ground, speaking in a I'll and unprofessional manner and sounded confident that Chantel, manager will not do anything about this matter which added to my frustration... I was not helped at all but was given excuses and was told that I will receive a call back. Please may Netstar deal with this employee accordingly for being disrespectful and rude to customers because after this experience, I only have bad things to say about Netstar and this was my 1st experience... Also, she might be doing it to other customers
