Not willing to help, quick to collect

I wouldn't recommend Altech to anyone.. Ive been waiting more than 6 months for a new device.. I'm refusing to pay since I'm not able to make use of the service. Now I got reported to Creditworx for owing them R500... If only they where as quick to help as they are to collect.
