Not sticking to the initial agreement

Misinformation from a netstar agent. I reached out to them so I can be assisted with a car tracker, I was told that if I do it at that moment it should be installed within 2 days and I should expect a call from booking an appointment with 2 hours after your call, waited till the following day and decided to call them, now after the story has changed and am being told to wait till next week Wednesday, the business has to now stop operating for a week because of being Misinformed.
