Not respondind on time
I was using ALTECH Netstar in 2010 till 2013 I was not happy with their service I called them I don't know how many times to do a test and they said they will call me back, but they never called me I would not tell anyone to take this company they are not professionals right now I don't have a tracker on my car cause I don't trust them.
