Not interested in new client

<p>Dear netstar.</p> <p>I bought a vehicle last week with a netstar already installed. I wanted to continue with the service. I was contacted by pretty komane who told me it would be a month to month contract at R89. She sent me application forms but this included a debit order on my account. If this is a month to month contract that I can stop at any time, I wish to load a stop order from my side- I should be allowed to pay whichever way I chose. As I have had recent ********** activity on my bank account, I am not willing to hand out my account details. </p> <p>I emailed pretty asking for banking details so that I can start payment, ( no reply) so I called her ( her direct line does not exist). I then called the dealership and got the contact details of their liaison person ( does not answer her phone, return calls or reply to emails). </p> <p>Today I tried calling your main switchboard and was put through to NEW SALES. No one answered the line. Honestly, if this is how you treat people who are trying to sign up and pay you, I wonder what it would be like if I need to actually USE your services. </p> <p> </p> <p>As as you obviously have no interest in my business and as I have 2 weeks to be linked to a tacking service according to the terms of my insurance, I will take my business elsewhere. </p>
