not helpful at all

i purchased a vehicle at an auction, and not to my knowledge it was installed with a netstar tracker. managed to drive the vehicle home, however 2 days later the vehicle does not want to start. got 3 opinions from mechanics and they told me that it was the tracker. so i phoned netstar and they giving me issues saying that they do not know what to do, and that i have to pay a call out fee for someone to come and see why its doing this, and they say that it must be the vehicle battery thats the problem. however i did change the battery, and they still persisting on that. <br> <br> now they telling me that the previous owner of the vehicle has outstanding fees so they cannot help me. what does that have to do with me? i just want it removed, i cannot drive my car because of them, this is very unfair.
