I paid R720.88 on 28 October to cancel the contract. Now Netstar runs a debit order on an account I NO LONGER use and asked a million times to change. That is why I decided to rather cancel the contract than having to deal with incompetence. You tried to deduct R540.66 from my (old) account today , ********ly , because I cancelled the contract. Netstar better refund the unpaid fee of R147.PATHETIC. I have also written to the ombudsman will share this complaint on social media. Stupid me thought this nightmare was over. How can you trust these guys to recover your car if they cannot even get basics right?
