Not able to track vehicle and *********** to provide account statements.

Netstar is so *********** that they are not able to activate my signed debit order fro two vehicle tracker devices, they do not send out any notifications of arrears in payments ( which is totally due to their incompetence ). they do not respond to any written queries regarding this matter. I request them to provide the locality of my vehicles. meaning they totally useless and will not be able to track ones vehicles when ******.
