I have never ever had such a terrible experience in my life

I got the Netstar Early Warning package which is the most expensive package which includes a proximity tag, personal driver behavior and other services. I was hijacked on Saturday morning 2am and tied up I manage to untie myself around 4 am then had to walk to the police station to make a call to Netstar around 6 am.

when I managed to make a call and reported the matter to Netstar, then an Agent called me back saying that the last time they got signal from my car was 2 hours back just imagine so netstar didnt get any alarm when the tracker was being removed or when the car was moving without the proximity tag and being driven at a high speed not personal driver behavior

I have never seen such a useless company the only thing that they will do is to cause unnecessary panic with their false messages informing me of jamming devices near my car when its not necessary

just note that all of this features that they are promising you are not there proximity tag, personal driver behavior Netstar didnt try to call me or the alternative person, but their employees made it clear that they didnt call and they were not supposed to call. they only thing that they can gladly assist with is a report for your ****** car so that they can move on

I would never recommend this tracking company to anyone
