Non response to consumers requests

I lodged a complaint earlier this year against Altech Netstar as they continued to deduct monies where I do not even have the car anymore since 2010. I stopped payment from my bank last year and given them written notice of withdrawal of any & all right to collect as the vehicle was sold in 2010 already. I did contact Netstar in 2011/ 2012 pertaining the account & was telephonically assured that the contract period runs out in 3 months. I left it there in 2011/2012. As I stopped payment, in Jan 2015 - 1st time some one called me at my office. I advised I do not have the car & stopped the contract (repudiated), then nothing, 26 March after receipt of a notice for a premium increase, which was the 1st & only MAIL ever since joining, I sent an email advising the cxl etcetc. then I complained on Hellopeter & did receive a call & email from Trevon Gopal. 22 Oct- still no resolution & 7 different people asking the same questions pretending to have the matter investigated & assist and off cause requiring payment- which payment amount claimed increase month on month. I continue asking for a copy of my contract per tel & emails. Netstar deleted them WITHOUT READING. OMBUD 4 U Netstar.
