Non Removal of Tracking Device

I have been Phoning to get my tracking device Removed and No one ever gets back to you. But you are very good at sending Invoices! IMAGINE if you have an emergency with theses guys! Everytime you phone you get cut off and wait 15-30min for someone to answer.
