Non existing account

<p>In march this year i was suprised by netstar debiting money on my account and i disputed the debit order. In april it was debited and i diputed yet again . I then called Netstar to enquire why my account was being debited without my consent, i was informed that it was for the service provided for the tracker installed in my car of which i knew nothing about. The consultant i spoke to assured me that the was no signal linked to my car . To my dismay she insisted that im responsible for the R450 that was owing despite my declaration tha the account was clearly ********** . To my horror they went ahead with this dispicable act and i found myself recieving calls and letters of demand from Nudebt counsellors to settle a debt that i reiterated i knew nothing about. Let me emphasise that i work in the financial sector and cannot affort to have a bad credit record.i seriously expect an ivestigation to be done on this issue and for my name to be cleared. This harrasment that im going through because of your company is clearly uncalled for. Contracts like this are entered through telephonically and the last time i checked the Credit act permits me to be furnished with such recordings within 30 days of requesting that i did and to this day no recording or signed contract has come through because it does not exist .
