Non existent service delivery

No Service Delivery. I have the early warning theft system installed on my car. I have had it for over 3 years now with no incidents. I paid my fee and sometimes taught if it is even worth paying.

Last night my car battery got ****** together with my sound system valued at R 5 000 at my home, my wallet which had my ID and Drivers Licence, bank cards, credit cards, employee ID. etc. along with other minor valuables that was in the car was ****** as well.

I didn't get any notification from Netstar that my battery was disconnected, nor did they make a phone call to check if everything was okay. If there was a message or a phone call I would have caught the perpetrators. My valuables mainly my ID and Drivers License would have still been in my possession.

I called the Netstar emergency number alerting them to what had happened after finding out. I wanted to know what time the battery was disconnected and why didn't I get my "EARLY WARNING" that I pay for. I had given him my ID Number and confirmed security questions. He put me on hold and then cut my call. I am still waiting over half an hour since I called for a call back.

This kind of security makes one question if Netstar are really providing a service or just ******ing money from clients. The services that I paid for was not administered. I to an extent hold Netstar responsible for the inconvenience and loss caused.
