Non existent Customer service
I have been a client for 6 years. In September 2021 I submitted a request to cancel my subscription. It wasn't processed and I'm being threatened with letters of demand and being blacklisted. The cancellations dept ignore my emails. Further to that, I was being charged for a device for an extra 3 years which should have been paid off after the first 3. Is this how business is run?
