Non-existent customer service

Can someone please explain how I am supposed to believe that Netstar will be remotely competent in recovering a ****** / hi-jacked vehicle or assisting in any Emergency when Netstar can't even organize the mess they call an "organization" to give me a call for Installation of a new unit? It's now been 3 weeks and I haven't had a single call from them!!! I can't even reach anyone via their Customer Contact Centre! Been holding for 20minutes +!!!!
