Non cancellation of account & continuous debit order

Hi

I canceled my account in 2021 because the vehicle that I had was written off in a car accident, however, I have been receiving debit orders ever since for an amount of R95 and I was told it is for roadside assistance.

I do not understand why I was being debited this amount when I canceled everything in 2021. I was told this will be canceled and an investigation on cancellation will be done. No one has come back to me with the outcome as I requested a refund for the debits that have been done from the cancellation date.

Recently I noted a debit order of R190 from Netstar and I still do not understand what is it for when I have canceled everything. I queried this telephonically and no one is assisting me as I am being transferred from one person to another till I ran out of airtime.

I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving and no assistance at all in this matter.

I need my refund!!!
