No traffic jam in the extra mile

It is not everydayday that one experiences excellent customer service especially this time of the year. I spoke to a lady by the name of Kea Ramajoe, she was on top of her product knowledge, friendly and she had an amazing way of building rapport.

I say Kea is the real definition of excellent customer service and every business needs at least a Ms Ramajoe for it prosper.
