No service on weekends & website not functioning

Netstar batteries do not last long as this has now happened to me 3 times! When the Netstar battery fails the device draws power from the car battery, draining that. There is no warning to tell the driver this is happening until the car dies completely. That's where I find myself now on Saturday morning.<br> <br> I need a technician out to help me but guess what? The entire Customer Service & Technical is shut Friday PM to Monday AM. I tried to use the Netstar website to find a local fitment centre to help me. But guess what? That also doesn't work! Every search on the 'find your nearest fitment centre' web page returns the answer 'no results'. According to their own website, Netstar has none in Gauteng.<br> <br> Desperate, I phone the emergency call centre where I'm told (a) phone on Monday, and when I refuse to accept that answer, (b) my nearest fitment centre is Roodepoort. So you seriously have NO fitment centres in the entire northern suburbs?<br> <br> My complaint is (1) your service shouldn't be limited to Mon-Fri (2) your website needs to work (3) you need to open a fitment centre in Johannesburg's northern suburbs since this is most likely where a major part of your client base lives and works!
