No service Netstar

24 hours ago I got hold of Netstar to sort out problem with there unit. Again had to chase down a response from them. They seemed very confused about my account. They had no clue I had 2 units - old and new 1. Seems communication is not something they are able to do. Had left a message for a manager to call still waiting for that call. Had to call this morning to chase up my query. Absolutely atrocious service
