No service from Altech

Altech removed All my vehicles on the safe & sound App, after I complained( on the App, using their feedback function) about them failing to match other service providers whom when international roaming is installed on their units vehicles can be monitored cross border. My unit stopped working at Kazangula and I was told it could be due to poor network yet other vehicles using different service providers were and are still working well. I never got any response instead they simply blocked me from seeing All my vehicles eventhoughI complained about one. No letter from them informing me that they are cancelling my contract. Of which I would be grateful if they could do so cause I can't stand their arrogance. If any of my vehicles can be ****** now I will be in trouble with my insurance company! I asked for my contract so that I can see their cancellation clause and guess what, I got huge attitude from the consultangI spoke to and he never sent me anything as well. I despise their work ethic as they don't care about other people's businesses!!!
