no service during emergencies

On Friday 15/06/2018 my wife received a call from Netstar consultant Sylvia Tshabalala saying that my cars alarm has been activated and they are unable to get hold of me.

My wife too could not get hold of me as I was at church during prayers hence I had no signal.

My wife was the put in a stressful situation as I was unreachable, my cars alarm activated and she then asked the consultant to send someone out to my whereabouts.

The consultant said “its not necessary” she and my wife had an argument, my wife swore her and hung up, the consultant called back again, my wife swore her and hung up.

Weather she swore her or not, I don’t see the safety in having the tracker unit if this is the service we getting. If it was "not necessary" to send someone, why try calling then?????

What if I was held against my will, phone ******…and the consultant said “its not necessary”

For this reason I want my tracker contract cancelled with immediate effect with no additional costs. i have sent numerous email to Netstar with no response
