No service

I had reversed my debit order because I tried pressing the panic button on three different occasions but no one called or even respond to my location at that time. They handed my account over and I made payment arrangement. I have been honouring the arrangement then boom on a random day Netstar deduct R2555 from my acc and mind you my mandate says maximum collection is R2250. Netstar is such a useless company. Why pay for service when they don’t respond when you need them.
