No Service at Netstar installation department

I did apply for a netstar tracking unit. The contract was created. Up to now, nobody contacted me for the installation of the unit. I tried to call, no answer. I send several emails, come back and says, message has been blocked. This morning I send another email, to hear when the unit will be install. What is the problem with netstar? Do they have to many customers or are they not want our business? Netstar management, I want answers today, or you cancel your contract and I find another tracking company. Ca Van Wyk. Email ***
