NO SERVICE AT ALL

In January I bought a new car, the dealer suggested Altech Netstar which I went with. First system installed did not work so I took it back to the dealer and the second system started off working and then by accident I found out about two weeks ago that it was not working. I called into the call centre to complain and the line was dropped due to me travelling. The call centre operator called back I think his name was Rhenero or Denero the line was bad and I could not make out his message. I arrived at my destination and called back and Fabian answered and nothing happened. I eventually got hold of Vaneshrie who then called me back and supposedly was going to arrange for a technician to replace the faulty system. That was the 27th of July 2015. This afternoon I called back after holding for Vaneshrie for 4 minutes and 7seconds the line was dropped. then after calling back again after holding for 7 minutes and 58 seconds the line was dropped again. I called back and Spoke to Sasie, after explaining again the line was dropped. Sasie called back I am waiting to Vaneshrie. I am not interested in paying for a system that in my opinion does NOT work. They can see when the system fails....
