No service

On 10 February 2016 Netstar got a signal from my car in a wrong place as it was safely parked in my garage. They then asked me to test the system again while driving. I did so the next day (11 February) and after 20 minutes they indicated that they got two different signals from my vehicle - one in Gauteng and one in Mpumalanga - strange, I am not aware of any system that can receive two signals from one device from two different locations. They indicated that there might be a problem with the device (surprise!) and a technician will contact me. Until today 16 February, nobody has contacted me so I phoned them again. Their system was down. This happened some 3 years ago as well.
