No service

Had a tracker from netstar activated 5 days ago .This tracker is not working . After numerous calls and requesting help / feedback : None ... Waiting for installation people to bring a panic button today , but no confirmation . Nobody phones back , nobody listens , nobody cares , nobody prepared to do something / help.

Non - existing client service .

Strange how a company can continue giving poor / no service and obviously not worry about it
