No service

Absolute pathetic service. I paid upfront for a 36 month contract when I purchased my vehicle, 24 months later all services were stopped with no warning and Netstar saying that I am due for an upgrade. Numerous emails and attempts to contact Netstar go unanswered, and meanhwhile I am without tracking that I have already paid for.
