NO SENSE OF URGENCY/ NO CONSISTENCY

I just opened HelloPeter to write a review on Netstar. I must say when I searched for Netstar and saw the outcome, "why am I not surprised" by the shocking lowest rates I have ever seen. There is no consistency whatsoever, I have been with Netstar for almost a year now and their level of service has dropped dismally. When I change insurances Netstar is required by the new Insurer to upgrade their device according to the Insurance spec/ requirements. Netstar would then contact me to notify me of the changes and when to expect a call for arrangements on upgrading their tracking device. Two consultants have already told me that the changes will be done at no cost. I waited over a week for Netstar to call me back again for arrangements, but all I get is calls that will only ring for less than 5 seconds followed by email notifying me that they were unsuccessful in getting hold of me. I sent an email complaining about their less than 5 seconds of so called attempts to contact me are not appropriate at all, let alone the delay for the arrangements for the required upgrades. Immediately after my email, someone calls me and tells me that the required upgrade comes at a cost, I told the consultant that that was not what I heard from your previous colleagues who called me before you, they said the upgrade will be done at no cost, and he must refer to those recordings. The consultant said he will investigate, look for the recordings and come back to me. That guy never came back to me. This is what they do, they have no sense of urgency at all. Poor poor poor poor poor poor service!
