No satisfaction from Netstar customer services

After more than a month, lots of phone calls to customer services, escalating it to a Supervisor, they just ignore my queries and complaints. Promise to come back to me --- still waiting. Their alert signal response time sometimes takes a couple of hours. I want to cancel my contract without penalties.
