No response to my emails

I have a Netstar tracker in my vehicle which I want removed and the contract and stop order discontinued. I sent an email to their email address on 1 February 2018 giving one months notice to terminate and asking for the location offering nearest agent to Plettenberg Bay where I live. Having not received a reply after a few days I resent the original email with a second request to reply to my email. I still have had not had the courtesy of a reply. Rather than having to waste money on lawyers fees I thought it may be an idea to post this complaint on hellopeter.com in an at mot to wake them up. The service from them is shocking as even when I have phoned them they are FA from helpful. I really hope that by submitting this complaint through you I receive a response and manage to have the stop order cancelled. Kind regards Dave Law
