No response to enquiry, but hands me over instead

I have been out of work for a few months and have not been able to pay my netstar account. Recently I have been employed and have attempted to contact Netstar since the begining of this month in order to make an arrangement to for the outstanding netstar accounts.<br> Yesterday I get an SMS to say that I have been handed over to the collection lawyers, and I am still unable to contact anybody at netstar. Today alone I have probably sent four or fie emails already, with my telephone number and email address. Still no response. It is almost as though netstar want to put me through the legal process, instead of making an arrangement with me, for the outstanding accounts. This seems to be a ******** practice to me, and I need some urgent assistance to sort it out.
