NO RESPONSE OR FEEDBACK

Altech Netstar deducted two months in a row now more than double from my Bank Account.<br> Send them a couple of mails with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!!!<br> Today 05 August 2015 tried to contact them via telephone and they put through from one to another and never reach the correct person to talk to. At last I came across with a male person who said he will look up and forward the complaint to the right person. <br> After a while somebody contact me and say her name so fast every time you cannot make out what that is and still she want to know my ID Number and then she want to put me through to the correct person just to put the phone down in my ears again.<br> I called back then the automated answering machine said they experience a high volume of calls and my call will be answered as soon as a consultant became available, NEVER HAPPENDED!!!<br> I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEBODY TO CALL ME BACK WITH RESPONSE.<br> THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I GOT FROM ALTECH NETSTAR AND WIL NEVER REFER THEM TO ANYBODY.
